North Dallas Apartment Employee Robbed And Fatally Shot In Parking Lot

An employee at a North Dallas apartment complex was robbed and fatally shot to death Thursday afternoon.
According to reports officers responded to a shooting call on the 12000 block of Audelia Rd and when they arrived they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim who is also a resident in the complex was getting out of his vehicle when he was approached by two unidentified males demanding all his belongings.
The suspects and victim began tussling when one of the suspects pulled out a handgun and shot the man before fleeing the scene.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
This investigation is ongoing.
