No Sexual Assault Charges For Rapper T.I. And Wife, Tiny

Rapper T.I. and his wife, Tiny, will not be facing any criminal charges. They were accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman.

Prosecutors have stated that the statue of limitations prevents the case from proceeding further. The case was in reference to an alleged incident from 2005.

The accuser had stated she was assaulted by the couple back then after meeting at a club in Los Angeles.

Another person also accused the couple of drugging and sexually assaulting them.  They filed a police report in Las Vegas about the alleged incident that was said to have occurred in 2010. Because of the time limit, nothing could be done in that case either.

T.I. and Tiny have denied these allegations from the beginning. They stated that any sexual encounters they had with anyone was always consensual. The desire to become famous was the motive of these false claims, the couple have said.
