NFL Star Xavien Howard Sued For Recording, Sharing Sex Video

After claiming that he had recorded “hard core” sex acts with her without her consent, a woman is suing NFL star Xavien Howard.

The woman also claimed that Howard shared the recordings with at least one other individual. However, the Miami Dolphins team member says that he will fight the case.

In the lawsuit, the woman said that she first met the corner back in 2016 via social media direct messaging. This was prior to when they began dating in 2022.

A little while after that though, she says that another woman reached out to her through Instagram. That woman was worried that she might have received a recording from Howard that showed the complaintant having sex with the NFL player.

The woman had stated that Howard had sent her the video to make her upset because she wouldn’t have sex with him. After looking at the recording, the plaintiff said that she could easily tell that it was her in the video.

At the end of September 2022, the plaintiff messaged Howard about the situation, stating that she had not approved of him filming her. In October, documents show that she sent him a cease and desist letter.

Howard is now being sued for invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The woman is seeking damages of $50,000 and injunctive relief that would stop Howard from continuing to distribute the images.

This isn’t the first time that Howard has been sued for a wrongdoing. Back in 2022, a woman had claimed that he had negligently given her genital herpes. At the beginning of this year, that case was dismissed.
