New Traffic Law In South Carolina

4.9kviews

The Move Right Law will start on Sunday in South Carolina.

Under this law, drivers are only permitted to use the far left lane to pass vehicles on controlled-access highways.

In the first 90 days, drivers will get a warning citation if the law is violated. But after November 13, 2021, a $25 fine will be issued.

Reminder signs will be placed on the highways for travelers.

There are several instances where they may be an exception to this new rule. This includes when there is no other person right behind the vehicle in the left lane or when traffic demands that you drive in the right lane. Also, if there are weather conditions, hazards, a highway design, law enforcement vehicles, or commercial vehicles in the way, drivers won’t be punished.

  1. Its such as you learn my thoughts! You seem to grasp so much approximately this, like you wrote the e book in it or something. I feel that you just can do with a few to pressure the message house a bit, but other than that, that is great blog. A fantastic read. I will definitely be back.|
