An anonymous accuser has filed a lawsuit, claiming that when she was in high school, Diddy and others sex trafficked her and gang raped her.
In the suit, Jane Doe alleges that she met Harve Pierre, Bad Boy Entertainment President, in 2003, close to Detroit. Pierre allegedly told her that she was “hot,” mentioned Diddy’s name, and asked her if she wanted to fly on a private jet to meet him.
The accuser disclosed that she was 17 years old at the time and still in 11th grade.
She stated that she took him up on the offer and met Diddy at a studio in NYC. She added that there was a recording session taking place, and Diddy invited her to sit on his lap. He then provided her with drugs and alcohol.
In the lawsuit, the accuser included pictures of that studio meeting, and someone can been seen sitting on Diddy’s lap. However, she blurred her face in the photos.
The accuser says that she doesn’t remember much after that but does know that Diddy took her to a bathroom. He then penetrated her from behind as she was over a sink. She added that she never consented to having sex. Additionally, she claims that Pierre and someone else also had forced sexual intercourse with her that night in the studio.
The woman says that she wound up in the fetal position on the bathroom floor. Later, she was led out the studio and flown back home.
The accuser has stated that she has been quiet for 20 years about the matter. However, she had more courage once Cassie and other women shared some of the same accusations against Diddy.
The lawsuit notes that Diddy violated NY State’s Victims of Gender-Motivated-Violence Protection Law that has extended the statute of limitations.
Unlike the other cases, Diddy has quickly addressed these allegations.
“ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
