Murder Suspect Out On Bond Arrested After Calling Police Complaining About Cold Fries At McDonald’s

A murder suspect out on bond has been arrested after causing a major disturbance inside a Georgia McDonald’s.

According to reports, 24 year old Antoine Sims contacted authorities after receiving cold French fries with his food order. He told authorities he saw his food waiting on the counter so when he received the order he tasted the fries and they were cold.

He asked for a new order of fries but an argument ensued and Sims was asked to leave the restaurant.

The manager of McDonald’s also contacted police and advised them of Sims unruly behavior and that he had thrown the bag of food at his employees.

When authorities arrived the manager told them he did not want Sims back in the restaurant. Authorities asked Sims to sign a criminal trespass notice.

The police also asked officials to run Sims name through the database.

When an officer approached Sims he took off running to a nearby apartment complex where he attempted to break into an apartment but was unsuccessful.

A chase ensued and Sims was later tased and apprehended at the apartment complex.

It was discovered that he was out on bond for a 2018 murder after a woman’s deceased body was discovered inside a burning vehicle.

Sims was taken to an area hospital for minor injuries and then into custody. He was charged with his outstanding warrant, as well as obstruction or hindering law enforcement and criminal trespass.

Police also found 31 grams of marijuana in his fiancée’s vehicle and was charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.
