An investigation is underway after authorities found the man accused of killing 18 year old Lakaria Moore deceased inside a Lubbock motel.

On July 31, around 10:30 a.m., officers were called to the Stadium Motel on the 4100 block of 19th Street.

Before arriving they were told that 40 year old Christopher Carter, a murder suspect, was spotted in the motel.
