The Dallas County Sheriff’s office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a vehicle involved in a fatal hit and run accident.
The crash happened on April 22, around 2:30 a.m., on westbound I-20 at Cedar Ridge Road.
When authorities arrived they found an unresponsive male laying in the roadway.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
While investigating the scene officers learned that the victim was on a motorcycle when he was struck by an unknown vehicle. The vehicle did not stop to render aid.
Authorities do not have a description of the vehicle but believe the vehicle will have front end and windshield damage.
