On Friday night, a mother of four, Jameka Williams, of Missouri City, Texas, was killed in front of her children. Her relatives say that her former boyfriend is responsible. He was supposed to be moving out his weekend; however, he shot Williams in the face, instead.
“My daddy just killed my momma,” one of the children called her aunt and stated.
Authorities in Houston haven’t released the suspect’s name as of yet. However, the family says that the dispute between the two became fatal as the mother was flat ironing her hair to go spend time with friends that evening. They added that the suspect warned that something bad was going to happen that day.
The children noted that after the shooting, the suspect said, “I can’t believe I shot her,” prior to leaving out the residence and fleeing in the victim’s car.
As of now, no one is in custody for the killing, and an investigation is on-going.
