Mother Discovers Boyfriend Naked In Bed With Her 7-Year-Old Daughter, Hits Him With Her Vehicle

On Tuesday, the Lubbock, Texas, police department apprehended Orlando Delmer-Ortiz, 29, for aggravated sexual assault of a child.

In August, authorities say that they responded to a domestic violence occurrence.

On the 9-1-1 call, a woman can be overheard asking, “What are you doing to her?” She proceeded to tell the dispatcher that she had discovered her (man) naked in the bed with her 7-year-old daughter.

The woman then pleaded for police to hurry as the dispatcher asked if the man was her boyfriend.

“He was supposed to be. But, you hurry up, or I’m going to kill him. I’m going to f—ing kill him.”

As the man left on foot, she followed him in her car, providing a description to the dispatcher at the same time.

All of a sudden, a thump was heard. “Please get an ambulance,” the woman began to scream.

“He is in an alley. He just got in front of my car…”

The dispatcher asked the woman if she had struck the man, and she responded, “Yes, he jumped right in front of my car…” She added that man was okay and was moving.

Authorities stated on Wednesday that when police got to the location, Delmer-Ortiz had left.

During a forensic interview in March, the young girl detailed the sexual abuse she endured.

After interviewing Delmer-Ortiz on the phone, he said that he was innocent and would come talk to authorities in person. He never showed up. A warrant was then issued for his arrest.

Delmer-Ortiz was still in custody without bond as of Wednesday.
