A Baltimore woman was arrested and charged with the murder of her two young children Wednesday.
Jamerria Hall,28 is accused of killing her daughter Da’Neria,6 and her son Davin Thomas,8.
According to reports the incident happened at the Southwest Baltimore apartments.
Maintenance crews found the children inside an apartment Tuesday while checking a foul smelling odor.
Da’neria was found lying face up in the bathtub with a clothing object wrapped around her neck.
Davin was found in a sleeping bag with a large knife in the right side of his chest. A trash bag was also wrapped around his face and neck.
Both bodies were in the decomposing stage.
Hall was located and arrested Wednesday.
While in custody she confessed to killing both children.
Witnesses told police that they last saw Hall with her children on August 19 during the day and heard screaming in the apartment that night.
During the investigation officers also spoke with Hall’s mother and she told them she spoke with her daughter Monday and was told the children were with their father.
When officers spoke with the children’s father he said he saw Hall walking down the street alone screaming and cursing.
Hall is being held with no bond.
She is also facing two counts of assault and reckless endangerment.
