Mother Accused Of Killing 3 Year Old Daughter

A Michigan mother has been charged with the death of her 3 year old daughter.
Officers were called out to the residence in Iosco County around 4am.
The caller told officers that he noticed a human foot protruding through a bag in the garbage can.
When officers arrived they looked in the bag and discovered the deceased body of Sutton Mosser.
It appeared she had suffered multiple stab wounds.
Justine Johnson, 22 was not at the residence at the time.
Officers found Johnson hours later walking near a railroad track and when they asked her about the murder she said, “she did not want to talk about her child’s death.”
She was arrested and taken into custody.
She has been charged with felony murder and child abuse.
Johnson has since been arraigned and is expected to appear back in court on September 28.
