Mesquite ISD Issues New Mask Mandate

Mesquite ISD is requiring all of its staff and students to wear masks in school.
The district says it is following guidelines out of Travis County that suspends Governor Greg Abbott’s no mask mandate.
Mesquite says this is their districts third time changing their mask rules since school has started.
The district is asking families to be flexible and patient, due to the fact that the policy could change again.
