Mass Shooting In Bryan Tx Leaves Five People Injured And One Dead

A suspect is in custody, five people injured, including a DPS Trooper. and one person dead after a mass shooting in Bryan, Texas Thursday afternoon.
Officers responded to a shooting call on the 300 block of Stone City Dr around 2:30pm at Kent Moore Cabinets.
Upon arrival they found 4 people suffering from a gunshot wound, one person suffering from an asthma attack and one person dead at the scene.
The five victims were all taken to the hospital in critical but stable condition.
Later during the investigation officers learned that one of the victims was a DPS Trooper that had been shot while taking the suspect into custody.
The suspect is believed to be an employee at the Kent Moore Cabinets.
The motive for the shooting is unclear at this time.
