On Wednesday, up to 10 thieves swarmed through a Louis Vuitton store, taking more than $400,000 in merchandise.
The incident happened at the Kenwood Towne Centre in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Reports indicate that the robbers stole all of the items on the showroom floor around 3 p.m. The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office stated that 8 to 10 people had ski masks and gloves on as they brushed by workers and stole the items.
A witness gave an account of what had occurred. “And as soon as we started walking back, they all ran in there, and they starting grabbing s***, knocking stuff over. The security guard was running in, but they were already out.”
The robbers are said to have gotten into two vehicles, a dark gray SUV and a black sedan. They then took off onto I-71.
Police say that the stolen merchandise totaled $413,000.
An investigation in the case is continuing.
