Mansfield Man Charged With Manslaughter For Car Accident That Killed Two-Year-Old Girl
On Monday, September 26, 36-year-old Joshua Paul Hagger, of Mansfield, Texas, was formally arraigned and is facing manslaughter charges. This is in relation to the fatality accident that occurred around 2:30 p.m., on Saturday, on northbound Highway 121, close to Cheek Sparger Road.
Authorities determined that Hagger’s pickup truck hit a sedan as he was speeding, resulting in the death of a two-year-old girl. Others in the sedan were also injured.
After the accident, Bedford Police detained and later apprehended Hagger at the location. He is now being held at the Euless Jail, and more charges may come later. Once he is transported to the Tarrant County Jail, Hagger’s bond will be set by a Tarrant County magistrate.
An investigation is continuing.
