19-year-old Tristan Stetina, a man from Minnesota with a heart-shaped tattoo under his eye, was apprehended this month. This came after he was accused of hitting customers and servers with skittles at a restaurant.

Stetina is said to have gone into the restaurant on Friday. He threw the skittles at the people inside, and another officer came in later and witnessed the aftermath.

One person disclosed that they had been hit in the back of the head with a skittle and was in pain in the back area.

After describing the heart-shaped tattoo and another tattoo on his face, a victim assisted authorities in identifying the suspect. Officers tried to apprehend Stetina when he was found outside of another business, but he resisted and tried to trip an officer by wrapping his legs around him.

After three officers had to help, Stetina was finally subdued and taken to the ground.

He has been charged with misdemeanor assault, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, and resisting police. If Stetina is found guilty, he could spend more than a year in jail.
