A man was shot and killed in his front yard Saturday night in Dallas. 
Officers responded to a shooting call on the 2000 block of Las Cruces Lane and when they arrived they found Jose Acosta,46 suffering from gunshot wounds.
He was transported to a nearby hospital where he later died from his injuries.
No suspects are in custody at the time and this investigation is ongoing.
