Man Shoots And Kills Brother In Law During Double Shooting In Oacliff

A double shooting in Oakcliff left one man dead and another injured Sunday afternoon.
Officers responded to a shooting call on the 2400 block of Scotland Dr and when they arrived they found Roy Mason,35 and a second 34 year old male victim suffering from gunshot wounds.
Both victims were transported to Baylor hospital where Mason was pronounced dead and the 34 year old is expected to survive.
Witnesses at the home told authorities that the suspect Anthony Lee,38 is the brother of the surviving victims wife and that he use to reside in the home before being kicked out a few months ago.
Detectives are still unclear about the motive for the shooting.
Lee was transported to Lew Sterrett Jail where he was charged with murder.
