Man Sentenced To 90 Years For Selling Synthetic Marijuana

A Lubbock man was sentenced to 90 years in prison after being caught selling synthetic marijuana.
A Lubbock jury only took an hour to deliberate and sentence Anthony Carter,50 Friday for first degree felony possession with intent to distribute synthetic marijuana. Carter owns three Tobacco Road stores and was indicted back in May after a raid at his home and stores.
Carter will have to serve at least 5 years before he is eligible for parole and has to pay a fine of $100,000.
