Four neighbors were shot and killed after one of them is said to have exposed himself to the suspect’s wife and daughter.
31-year-old Majorjon Kaylor was arrested for the killings of 65-year-old Kenneth Guardipee, 41-year-old Kenna Guardipee, 18-year-old Devin Smith, and 16-year-old Aiken Smith.
Documents note that on June 13, someone called authorities about obscene actions occurring in the city of Kellogg in Idaho. It wasn’t clear if the neighbor, whose family resided on the first floor of a two-unit building, faced any consequences for those supposed actions.
Five days later, a dispute began between Kaylor and his wife, Kaylie Kaylor, and the neighbor’s mother, over the alleged occurrence and the thought that there would be no punishment.
Kaylie Kaylor told police that she was standing close to her husband when she heard gunshots. She then saw Kenneth and Kenna Guardipee, both unarmed, fall to the ground. After that, she stated that she heard more gunfire throughout the home.
Kaylie Kaylor disclosed to police that Kaylor said that he had no choice and to tell the kids he kept them safe.
When questioned, Kaylor told authorities that he “snapped” and “lost it,” during the argument.
In addition to murder charges, Kaylor is also facing one count of burglary.
No bail was set in the case.
