Man Indicted After Providing Women with Drugs To Have Sex With Men And Locking Them In Basement

Quiyemabi Summerlin, from Detroit, has been charged with sex trafficking, firearm, and drug offenses.

According to documents, Summerlin is suspected of sex trafficking at least 10 different women since July 2019.

Many of the victims stated that the man locked them in a basement and made them have sex for money with other men. They described how he raped them and kept a gun with bullets next to them. Some said that Summerlin got violent when they didn’t want to have sex with him. He would even beat them if they didn’t give up all the money that they made from johns. Additionally, he is suspected of involving two minors in the operation.

Others accused Summerlin of being a violent pimp who gave women crack, heroin, and fentanyl to have sex with men. They said he would made women take naked pictures of themselves to sell online, as well.

Summerlin already has a criminal record and is supposed to be registered as a sex offender.
