Man Grazed In The Head By Bullet Following Traffic Incident

The passenger of a pickup truck was grazed by a bullet in the head early Monday morning following a minor traffic incident.
Officers responded to a shooting call at a Quicktrip in the 1400 block of Inwood Rd around 12:26am.
When officers arrived they found a man suffering from a head wound in a pickup truck.
The truck was full of bullet holes.
He was transported to an area hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Authorities believe some sort of altercation occurred on the 3200 block of Sylvan Ave.
The incident quickly escalated, leading the suspects to open fire on the two men in the truck.
They then fled the scene before officers could arrive.
The driver of the truck was able to drive to safety and call police. He was not injured.
Police later located a male suspect and he has been detained for questioning.
