42-year-old Terry Keylon Jr., of Montgomery County, Texas, has been given a 50-year prison sentence for repeatedly inciting violence against family.

During his trial, it was found that Keylon assaulted his fiancée on July 25, 2021, at their residence in New Waverly.

The victim stated that Keylon pulled her by the arms and head and continuously pushed her into the kitchen cabinets. He is also said to have taken a big portion of her hair out of her scalp, resulting in a bald spot. She later fled to a gas station that was close by.

After an arrest warrant was issued, it was found that Keylon had two previous felony convictions, in other cities. This was for choking women he had been dating.

A woman testified at trial, citing a bloodied-nose she suffered at the hands of Keylon as he warned that he would end her life in front of her four-year-old son.

He also is accused of assaulting a Huntsville police officer subsequent to being apprehended for choking that same victim.

Records indicate that Keylon has several convictions for driving under the influence and posssessing a controlled substance.

As a result of all these offenses, a judge handed down a 50-year sentence.
