Man Found Shot To Death On St. Francis Avenue, In Dallas

Dallas police are investigating a shooting
that left a man dead early Saturday morning.

Just before 2 a.m. officers responded to a shooting call on the 3500 block of St. Francis Avenue. When they arrived they found the victim, 31 year old Edward Upkins, lying on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound.

Upkin was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.

Authorities have made no arrest and have no suspect description. This is an ongoing investigation.
