Police are investigating a shooting that left a man dead at a Dallas motel.
On Wednesday, around 11:30 p.m., officers responded to a shooting call on the 4100 block of Preferred Place.
Upon arriving they found a man unresponsive from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers later arrested the suspect not far from the scene.
It is believed that the shooting may have been a domestic violence incident. No further details have been released at this time.
