A man is in custody facing murder charges after he fatally shot another man outside of a nightclub in Terrell, Texas.
The incident occurred Sunday morning, shortly after 2 a.m., at the Swingin Door Saloon on 304 FM 148.
According to authorities 34 year old Nicholas Longoria and his girlfriend were inside the club when they got into an argument with a group of people.
The argument continued outside the club, into the parking lot, where it escalated and Longoria pulled out a gun and shot 27 year old Bryan Squires.
Squires was transported to Baylor Scott & White in Forney where he later died from his injuries.
After speaking with witnesses authorities determined that Longoria was the shooter. He was later arrested and charged with murder.
