The victim, Quinten Nelson aka Poppa P, a 42 year-old Black male was shot and killed late Tuesday night during an altercation in the parking lot of a convenience store. The incident took place near the 7400 block of Westmoreland Dr just after 10pm. According to authorities a group of men got into and argument outside the store and then began to open fire. The suspect fled the scene in a white SUV.
