A Utah father was charged this week after he allegedly told his 4 year old son to shoot at police as he was getting arrested.
According to reports Sadaat Johnson,27 was at a McDonald’s drive thru in Midvale when they gave him an incorrect order.
During an argument regarding the order Johnson furnished a weapon.
Employees asked him to pull forward as they corrected his order. At that time employees called police who quickly arrived.
Once they arrived they removed Johnson from his vehicle. While he was being arrested he instructed his 4 year old son to grab the gun and shoot the officers.
As the 4 year old fired the gun another officer hit the gun causing it to fire upwards.
No one was injured.
It is unclear what all charges the father will be facing.
This investigation remains ongoing.
