Man Dies From Injuries Following Shooting On Laureland Rd; 2 People Still Remain Hospitalized

Dallas police are searching for at least 3 male suspects in connection with a shooting that left four injured and one dead.

The incident took place on July 27, around 4:30 a.m., when officers responded to a shooting call on the 100 block of Laureland Rd. Upon arriving they found five people suffering from gunshot wounds.

All five were transported to area hospitals, in which a male and female still remain hospitalized.

On August 5, Dallas homicide was notified that 28 year old Devon Lewis, one of the shooting victims, had died from his injuries.

Authorities say there were 3 male suspects and they believe the shooting was targeted.

At this time authorities have not released any suspect descriptions and no arrest have been made.
