Man Dead After Shooting Outside A Bar In Uptown

A man is dead after a shooting in Uptown outside a bar early Monday morning.
Officers responded to a shooting call on the 2500 block of Boll St and when they arrived they found Tommy Richard Rodgers, 32 suffering from a gunshot wound near a parked party bus.
The man was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.
According to witnesses the suspect Franklin Moore,24 has gotten into an altercation in the club and was put out.
He went and retrieved a handgun from a party bus and went back inside the club where he was escorted out for a second time.
Once outside the club he got into an altercation with Rodgers and shot him multiple times before fleeing the scene.
Moore later turned himself in to Wuless police where he was transported to Lew Sterrett and charged with murder.
