A Florida man was arrested after he was caught on door-bell cam footage dragging a body out of a house.
Justin Jenkins was arrested in connection to the death of Xavier Johnson, 29, of St. Petersburg.
Johnson was fatally shot inside the home he was renting in Davenport, Florida, on April 13th during a drug deal.
Investigators say Jenkins and another man entered the home and fatally shot Johnson. The men were then seen on camera dragging Johnson’s body outside of the home.
According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, Jenkins has an extensive criminal record, with 35 previous felonies, 20 former misdemeanors, and at least three trips to state prison.
Investigators are still searching for the second suspect who they believe to be Hispanic.
The investigation is still on-going.
