Man Arrested In Dallas After Confessing To Creating Child Porn With Children For More Than 6 Years

A man was arrested by Dallas police after he was caught creating child pornography by filming himself with children.
The investigation started October 14, after the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received a cyber tip regarding Germond Miller,31.
Apparently Miller had been uploading child pornography to internet sites.
In at least one of the cases the victim was under 8 years old.
Once officers learned Miller had access to a child, finding and arresting him became a high priority.

The North Texas ICAC Task Force, the U.S. Secret Service, and the Dallas Police Department’s Crimes Against Person’s Operational Support Team began searching for Miller for over two days.
He was eventually located in the city of Irving and arrested on a traffic stop by Irving Police.
Miller gave a full confession and admitted to victimizing 10 girls by filming, producing, and selling child pornography over the last six years.
He’s been charged with possession of child pornography, aggravated sex assault of a child and sexual performance of a child.
