An Ohio man was arrested after he fired multiple shots at a group of women while holding a baby.
The incident happened Wednesday during a car crash near Liberty Street and Winchell Avenue in Cincinnati.
According to reports a 54 year old woman was in the car with two other women when they were involved in a minor crash.
During this time the driver of the other car said, I’m gonna go get my man, you better go get yours.”
A short time later the woman returned with Ladon Penn,31.
Penn got out of the woman’s vehicle holding an infant and opened fire grazing the 54 year old woman.
The woman was treated for her injury and released at the scene.
Penn and the other female driver fled the scene before officers could arrive.
Officers later arrested Penn at Warsaw and Wilder Avenue.
They also recovered a 9mm handgun.
Penn was arrested and charged with three counts of felony assault, child endangering and weapons under disability.
