Man Accidentally Shot By Neighbor In Plano

A man was injured inside his Plano apartment after his neighbor accidentally shot him ealry Tuesday morning.
Officers responded to the Hunters Glen apartment complex after a man was accidentally shot in the leg by his neighbor.
Apparently the victim was sitting in his living room when he heard a loud gunshot noise and realized he was shot in his leg.
His neighbor was moving his shotgun when it accidentally discharged and shot into another apartment.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital and treated for for non life threatening injuries.
The owner of the shotgun is expected to be charged with a misdemeanor of discharging a firearm.
