Los Angeles Police Officer Arrested And Charged After Fondling With A Dead Woman’s Breast

A LAPD officer that was accused of fondling a dead woman’s breast was arrested and charged Thursday.
The incident happened back in October when officer David Rojas,27 and his partner responded to a dead body call.
While alone Rojas disabled his body cam and began fondling the woman before turning his body cam back on.
The body cam caught the whole incident on video because of a 2 minute buffering period.
The video footage was found during a random inspection of his body cam footage.
Rojas is facing up to 3 years in state prison and prosecutors recommended his bond be set at $20,000.
This investigation is ongoing with LAPD and Internal Affairs Division.
