19-year-old Madelyn Allen, a college student in Utah, was kidnapped and raped, authorities say.

On Saturday, 39-year-old Brent Brown was arrested after police located Allen, who was naked and covered in coral dust, in his basement.

Brown is facing six felony charges including rape, aggravated sexual assault, aggravated kidnapping, and obstructing justice.

On December 13, Allen left her residence to meet a man she met on the messaging platform Kik.

Allen’s phone was searched after receiving her phone records. It contained talks of a violent sexual nature.

After 5 days, police located Allen in the basement of Brown’s home. She told police that Brown detained her, sexually assaulted her, and threatened her relatives.

However, Brown told authorities that the sex was consensual and had been part of a “kidnapping role-play.”

When the suspect appeared in court, the judge asked him if he would like to say anything before finding out if he’d get bail.

“I’d like to be home for Christmas. I don’t get to see my kids,” Brown requested.

The judge denied the bail, noting Brown had a different felony in another county.
