K-9 Handles Spring Break Incident By Biting Officer

A viral video has depicted a K-9 officer de-escalating a violent occurrence. The dog did so by biting its handler.

The K-9 seemed to be aware that a man didn’t do anything wrong and tried to detain the officer.

The recording was shot in Panama City Beach, Florida, as authorities were trying to handle spring breakers who have come to the city.

It shows a woman officer placing a girl, in a bikini, in handcuffs.

“You wanna go?” the officer screams at the woman with his dog barking as she moves back toward the road.

A man who had his arms in the air then tried to get the woman to leave the location. He passed the K-9 handler who then grabbed the man’s neck and slams him.

But, the K-9 seems to be baffled as to who was at risk.

While the K-9 handler dealt with the suspect, he had to use his other hand to fight off the dog as he was biting him.

“He did not do nothing!” witnesses yell at the officer who seems to be in agreeance with the dog.

Twitter users also expressed their sentiments after viewing the footage.

“Bet they gave the canine desk obligation  after this,” one person wrote.

“Probably smelled the medicine he was planning on planting on the man, ” someone else commented.

Panama City Beach Police say that they have apprehended 161 people as spring break continues. 75 weapons have been recovered, as well.
