Johnson & Johnson recalled a batch of its baby powder after they discovered small traces of asbestos in the product.


Walmart, CVS and Rite Aid stores are pulling all 22oz bottles of baby powder on their shelves and off their website after FDA found small traces of chrysotile asbestos in a sample purchased online.
Johnson & Johnson recalled a lot that consisted of 33,000 bottles last week that was produced and shipped in the US last year.
The company has urged customers that have purchased the product to stop using it and return to the store for a refund.
The recalled lot number is #22318RB
