Investigation Underway in Dallas Murder-Suicide: Two Dead, One Critically Injured

Dallas police are looking into a suspected murder-suicide that resulted in the deaths of two individuals and left one person critically injured.

On April 5, 2025, around 6:05 a.m., officers were dispatched to a disturbance report in the 13300 block of Emily Road. Authorities believe that 35-year-old William Calderon entered the residence and shot two people before reportedly taking his own life with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

One of the victims, 54-year-old Maria Hernandez, was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other victim was transported to the hospital in critical condition by Dallas Fire-Rescue.

This investigation remains ongoing.
