Houston Man Working As A Nanny Sentenced To 30 Year In Prison For Molesting Two Boys He Cared For

A Houston man that worked as a nanny for a single mother was sentenced to 30 years in prison for molesting her two boys.
Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg announced Lee Smith III, sentencing Wednesday.
Smith pleaded guilty to one count of sexual abuse of a child on Tuesday and agreed to the prison sentence. He is not eligible for parole.
Once Smith stopped caring for the boys they told their mother. She immediately contacted to police.
Houston police opened an investigation and Smith was charged in 2019.
