An investigation is underway into an active shooting that took place at the Natalie Medical Building in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
At least four people are dead and many are injured after a gunman entered the medical building and opened fire Wednesday evening around 5 p.m.
Police entered the building three minutes after dispatchers received the report. The following minute after entry, officers made contact with the gunman.
According to reports, the gunman then took his own life. Officials say he died by an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
The unidentified gunman had a handgun and a rifle on him during the attack.
The story is still developing as new information is being released.
