On Tuesday, January 25, a Granbury High School student was struck by a vehicle after school.
The student suffered serious injuries as a result of the incident that occurred while walking across Pearl Street.
Around 5:40 p.m., Granbury ISD solicited prayers via Twitter. They have said that assistant principals, school medical workers, campus security, and others provided help immediately.
“We appreciate the quick response by Granbury Police Department and first responders to transport the student to a Fort Worth hospital,” the district tweeted.
