Governor Abbott Orders All Texas Bars Close By Noon

Governor Abbott announced Friday morning that all bars and establish that primarily sell alcohol are to close at noon.
The order states that restaurants that offer carry out and delivery can remain open but must not allow more than 50% capacity inside beginning Monday.
The order will allow restaurants to serve alcohol to go with food orders.
Gatherings that involve 100 or more people must get local government approval.
Abbott says he does not know how long the order will remain in place but hopes it’s for a limited duration.
