Gina Krasley, 30, has died. She was featured on the hit reality show, “My 600-lb Life.”
According to her obituary, she died Sunday in New Jersey with her family at her side. A cause of death was not disclosed.
In 2020, Krasley joined the TLC series, that documents an obese person’s journey to gastric bypass surgery, in an episode titled, “Time is Runnning Out For Gina.” It received almost 1 million views on YouTube.
“My life’s been hard. I always felt my entire life like I was just pushed under a rug,” Krasley said.
Recently, she posted on social media about her health issues that have prevented her for being able to move around. She also discussed extensive pain in her legs.
TLC was deeply saddened by the loss of Gina Krasley, who shared her weight-loss journey on My 600lb Life. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family at this difficult time.

On the show, Gina stated that she was 150 lbs. by the time she was 10. By 14, she was over 300 lbs. She said the feeling of abandonment lead her to eat excessively.
