The district attorney that recused himself from the case, is claiming that the killing of a black jogger by two white men in South Georgia is defending the case from any charges.
Ahmaud Arbrey,25 was shot and killed in his neighborhood while out taking a jog.

Gregory McMicheal,64 and Travis McMicheal,34 had been the ones to shoot him and told police they were pursuing a burglary suspect and they had believed Arbrey was the person they were looking for.
They were not originally arrested until the Georgia Bureau of Investigation was called in after a video was released by a third party and made public.
Both offenders were arrested and faced with the charges aggravated assault and murder.
