A Texas family will be laying their 9 year old daughter to rest today after a senseless shooting cost an innocent child her life. 
Funeral services will be held Friday morning at New Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church in Dallas at 1932 Dennison St for Brandoniya Bennett at 11am.
Bennett was shot and killed on August 15 while she was sitting on the couch inside her home when Tyrese Simmons shot into the wrong apartment.
Simmons was in the apartments looking for another person who wrote a diss rap about him and when he didn’t come outside Simmons then shot into the apartment building which struck and killed Bennett.
