Two adults and an infant were ejected during a car crash in Fort Worth early Tuesday morning.
The Fort Worth Police Department and emergency medical services responded to the scene of the crash along 820 and Wilkes Drive at around 2:30 a.m.
Preliminary investigation determined the driver of the SUV lost control while traveling on the service road. The vehicle overturned and ejected the passengers, including an infant, from the vehicle.
Both adults were transported from the scene in critical condition. The baby was also transported in critical condition to Cook Children’s Hospital.
Investigators say there is no evidence that the driver was intoxicated. A car seat was located at the scene of the crash, however, it is believed that the infant was not strapped in correctly.
The crash remains remains under investigation.
