Forney High School Teacher Dies From COVID-19

A Forney high school psychology teacher died from COVID-19 virus over the weekend.
Jeremy Morgan,44 was not only a psychology teacher but he was also an offensive team coordinator for the football team.
Morgan played football for SMU before before becoming a coach at Waxahachie and Forney High school.
Morgan tested positive for Coronavirus in mid November but had to be hospitalized after developing pneumonia.
Forney ISD released a statement to Twitter saying, “Our Athletic Department is saddened by the passing of our coach and friend, Jeremy Morgan.  Please pray for his family and our FISD family as we go through this tough time.  RIP JMo.”
