An Alabama woman has been in jail for 17 months and is set to give birth to her first child, but says she doesn’t have any memory of having sex while in jail.
According to reports Latoni Davis,26 was charged with capital murder back in 2017 after she was accused of being the getaway driver for her ex boyfriend in the Coosa County robbery and shooting that left Thomas Virgil Chandler,87 dead.
Terrell Ransaw is Daniel’s brother and says since being jailed his sister has been taking prescribed seizure medication which he doesn’t understand because she didn’t have seizures before going in. 
The family says Daniel’s is a former Us National Guard who was honorably discharged.
They have hired attorney Mickey McDermott who says he believes his client was raped while taking the medication for seizures.
Since Daniel’s pregnancy has been revealed she has been transferred to another facility.
County District Attorney Jeff Willis says her pregnancy is under investigation.
